Digital Moms Academy is operated by Bright Spot Consulting LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website or buy our course, and how we use it.

What we collect

Account details: your email address, plus your name if you sign in with Google or Lovable.
Purchase details: what you bought and when. Card payments are processed by Stripe, so we never see or store your full card number.
Basic technical data: things like browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure.

How we use it

To create your account and give you access to the lessons you bought
To process payments, refunds and receipts
To answer your questions and send important account messages
To keep the site secure and prevent fraud

We do not sell your personal information. We only send marketing emails if you choose to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site: our website hosting and account provider, and Stripe for payments, taxes and fraud prevention. They may only use it to provide those services. We may also share information if required by law.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to run checkout. We don't use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and purchase records while your account is active and as long as needed for tax and legal reasons.
